08 · Get started
Steps to integrate
Getting up and running is a quick and easy process. After some basic sign up and verification to link your bank account, you can dive in and begin developing your application against our payments API.
Step 1
Check if your business bank is one of the many UK banks that Wonderful payments currently support. This is required to receive payments. View supported banks →
Step 2
Once you’ve confirmed that your bank is supported, it’s time to get you on board. Proceed with our sign up process and you’ll be invited to download our app, One.
Step 3
Once you have linked your bank account using Wonderful’s One app, you’re nearly ready to develop and integrate the API into your ecommerce app, website or system.
Step 4
Request your One API key directly from your merchant dashboard. Let us know the website URL you are going to use the key on and our support team will generate your key the same day.

In addition to our Wonderful payments API, which your developers can use to integrate Wonderful into your online checkout, we have developed a plugin that lets you take payments right from your WooCommerce store. We also have a plugin for Xero allowing your customers to automatically generate invoices each time they create a payment using the One app. Both integrations are included as part of our Pro plan.
